AI Policies Emerge In Higher Education Syllabi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Chronicle of Higher Education<\/a> (9\/2, Huddleston) reports that artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly integrated into higher education, and that is prompting varied responses from instructors regarding its use in syllabi. A dozen instructors and experts shared \u201ctheir AI-use policies for this fall and how the guidelines appear in course syllabi.\u201d Georgia State University \u201crecently started providing instructors with sample syllabus statements about AI that comply with the university\u2019s academic-integrity policies,\u201d while Ohio State University and Washington University in St. Louis offer similar resources.
